I made an appointment and the appointment was accepted online. No one was at the store when I arrived. The business owner next door said this place is never open. Find somewhere else for your mani/pedi!

Scheduled my appointment last week and show up to nobody there. Upon calling I asked if they were running late as I was waiting outside and she hung up. I called back and the lady was very rude and insisted I had no appointment and was lying. I'm not and attached is the proof of the appointment... the dark storefront and the hours of operation. I used to go here for years and just wanted to start getting pampered post baby... clearly they don't want my business.

I had a 9:30 appointment and they’re weren’t even opened. When I tried to call, someone picked up and then hung up. There’s so many nail places, don’t even bother with this one.

Booked an appt for 10:30 and doors were closed. Left message and no return call.
