Love this spa. Prices are a little more than other nail salons but Im happy with the service. Always clean and staff are great. Ive been going to Lani for 2 years now every month or so. She is professional, kind, friendly and excellent with both manicures and pedicures! This was my second time visiting this salon. The first time, I got my toes, nails and eyebrows done. My eyebrows were very uneven, My dip service was incomplete - she didnt even put the base down and my nails chipped within 3 days. This time they didnt have the color I selected so I picked another one and after the did my toes they realized they didnt have the second color I picked so no could mismatch or just get a manicure with no polish which they charged me $30 for in addition to the $10 to remove the dip which they soaked me for an hour in ALCOHOL instead of acetone because they had the kids preparing their work stations. My fingers were completely dried and pruned. I had to reseal in acetone. My nails arent even even. She did a horrible job. I always tip well, even if Im not having pleased with the service (as i did my first visit) but i did not even tip and I wont be returning. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

First time was great so I decided to go back but I am sooo disappointed. My nail start chipping the next day after I got it done and keep chipping every day. Most of my nails are cracking . The nails are chipping as well as my nails are cracking. Not worth $45
