Regal Village Square

Im sorry, but how can you have a movie theater with no air conditioning? Not okay any way you look at it. All you could hear throughout the movie was people complaining about how hot it was in there and on the hottest day of the year in Vegas. There was nothing regal about tonights experience.

Wow just horrible experience. this place really wanted you to suffer. No AC, and its 91 degrees outside today. No one at the ticket counter, No one to check our tickets, No one to direct us to our theater number, no movie signs at the theater just a number, lights doesn't come on till the ENTIRE credit is over. Bathroom reminded me of third world country. I was lucky to have some random lady next to me fanning herself through out the movie, so I can get some air. Spoke with so called 19 year old manager about refund, and he was not apologetic at all. And then I asked to someone else, this lady came out and she had the same manner. On one seems to care. Why does Regal letting them even use their name. Seems the owner just wanted to grab whatever money they can before this place shuts down. Saw other reviews and it seems AC has been out all month. We paid $72 for 4 tickets, 2 drinks and a popcorn for the most unenjoyable experience at a theater.

We got there before our movie, the theater our movie was in had not been cleaned, the bathrooms were atrocious, there was no AC.

Go to the one in red rocks or Summerlin luxury, this place has the worst seats of any theatre Ive ever been to. Some of the staff is super friendly, some not so much.

I like this theater because it has a great variety of movies and it's either not crowded or not too crowded when I visit.
