Regal Sunset Station & IMAX

We have the Regal Unlimited pass so we go this theater often. Pros are the reclining seats and stadium seating. Con may be going through the casino but can be mostly avoided by using the parking garage. I think this is a great place to see a movie!

So it wasn't that bad of an experience first time here. The front where you get tickets was closed but luckily I got ours online. And the concessions were not the best since they had Pepsi products and you couldn't get your own. (I love the self serve one's where you can add flavor). But all that was overlooked when we got to our seats. Full on recliners really made the movie over the top!

Going to the movies is always a good time here, particularly due to the super comfy reclining chairs they have, and the wide aisles with plenty of walking space. Concessions are standard, with the standard theater price. But the movies are always great quality and a lot of fun. Plus theres a Kids Quest right near by if youre going to see a more mature film and need somewhere to stick your kids for a couple hours.

Seats lean back. Good. Conala oil popcorn. Bad. IMAX. Good. Easy access and doesn't smell like cigarettes. Good. Food everywhere. Good. Some.

I ordered 2 tickets online to see Mobius and I wasnt able to make it since I had to help a friend with some car issues so when I checked my email to request a refund I clicked it and it just sent me to the regal website so then I thought it was submitted since it just prompted me to click done,So after a few days i didnt receive a refund so I went in to see Sonic and just get a refund turns out manager says refunds cant be done if its 2 hours before showtime but nowhere does it say that when I bought my tickets 1 hour and a half before my movie,so shes says to me directly sorry it is what it is.I was respectful the whole encounter and so she handed me 2 movie free tickets to use next time but then when I look at them when I get home their expired how professional of her and considerate to not even check the voucher before handing off a 6 month expired ticket
