DO NOT GO HERE! They stole money from me and won’t give me a refund on an injectable procedure I had done. I went there a week ago to talk to someone and they had a notice on their door for EVICTION ! Not surprising since the place was a complete dump on the inside when I went there and their manger was absolutely horrible. I had to wait 45 minutes to get treated because they had to wait on her because she was flying in from somewhere . Hopefully they are closed for good.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I'd give a negative star if I could. Stay far away from this place. Complete waste of money and time. Lip fillers were not done correctly and left my lips uneven and not full, then by staff and manager I was asked to wait till they had tech. Two and a half months later they have not fixed my lips that are crooked and no retuned call. Very unprofessional and customer service is a joke!

Frauds!! Bought a groupon for Zeomin ..called to make my appointment, called and left messages 3 or 4 times over the course of a week..finally the girl called and told me that they were discontinuing that groupon and would not give me the product i purchase unless i bought an additional 30 units! yeh i don't think so. I had a g.o with another girl a month or so ago...place is rather dumpy and the organic facial i purchased apparently didn't exist? unavailable? what a joke.

Absolutely fraudulent service!!!!! They still Keep Selling on Groupon when they don't have any place or office , the one they use to have is on "eviction " !!!! Groupon should be more careful to verify the business that promote. Now I can't find the way to get money back!!!!!🤬🤬🤬

I would give 0 stars if I could. I called to make an appointment before I purchased my groupon. So after they confirmed the appointment I bought it and a couple days later got a text saying that I had to reply “Y” to confirm the appointment so I did. Low and behold, I show up 15 minutes before my appointment (a 35 minute drive from my house) just to be told that the esthetician did not come in because she was told that I canceled it. I said, “How? Here’s the text message that says I confirmed it.” So the girl sitting at the front desk, gave 0 f#€ks and was like, “oh ok, yeah sorry, she was told you cancelled” I was like, “that’s bs” she goes, “yeah, you can get your refund or we can add on to the service.” I’m like, “well, when can I get it done?” She replies, “Saturday.” Which is literally a week later. At that point I was disgusted and after looking around at the place (which is not the best environment) and said, “no, I’ll just get a refund” and walked out. So, I was inconvenienced because my appointment was mysteriously cancelled. Which, I feel like, I may have been the only appointment and she didn’t want to come in for just that one, so the easiest way to get out the situation was to say she was told the appointment was cancelled. Never again.
