I signed up for this Doctor, in January but didn't have an appointment until March. So I found another Physician.

I've been struggling lately with just about everything it seems. I had my first appointment set. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, it was canceled. I was so upset but knew they would fix it. I ended up walking into the office and Lisa and Marie were at the front. They greeted me with such enthusiasm. They saw how much I was struggling and made me an appointment on the spot, squeezing me in at the last minute! They were so unbelievably kind, understanding, and empathetic towards my situation. There's no where else I'd rather go than here.

Beware of long wait! Left CRYING!!! Appointment was at 10:40am I waited to see Dr Adams until 3pm and still did not see her. I had to take off because I have to pick up my child from school. First time patient...I left CRYING!!! I told one of the staff that I was going to leave and that I have been waiting for 4hrs and 20 minutes. Rudely he answered me the wait is the same wherever you go. No apology or Atleast show some compassion. I've seen a lot of doctors in my lifetime nothing close to the disrespect I felt in this office.

Let me start by saying that Dr Adams is a very nice person and a caring doctor. That being said, if you value your time do not go here. Her staff is terrible and your appointments will be rescheduled. I showed up for my confirmed appointment, only to find out that the doctor wasnt even in town. At my rescheduled appointment after sitting for an hour and a half and not seeing Dr Adams I finally walked out. These were not the only bad experiences I had with this office so I will looking for a new GP.

DO NOT go to this office. They DO NOT RESPECT YOUR TIME.I would like to add to my following review by stating Dr Adams owns this office and while she is a good Dr, she is ultimately responsible for her staff. DO NOT GO HERE! Dr. Adams is great, BUT, her office staff is absolutely horrible. For the last year, I have tried to justify the horrible experiences and follow-up experienced at the clinic to keep her as my Dr. Dr. Adams is amazing when you can actually see her, BUT her follow-up on prescription refills is terrible. The last 2 times I needed refills for my blood pressure and cholesterol medicines, it involved leaving a voicemail and eventually having to drive to her office to physically watch her staff refill them. You may ask, why didn't I try to call them again or leave another voicemail, it's because along with the several signs in her reception area WARNING you to be respectful and mindful of her staff, the voicemail message tells you to NOT leave more than one voicemail. My 2 voicemails for 2 different prescription requests referenced above were never returned and my pharmacy after requesting the refills was never contacted as well. after the nonresponse, I had to physically drive to her office to get them done. When I was at her office, I asked the receptionist if there was an issue with the voicemails and she jokingly said, "Don't call us, we'll call you" Is this acceptable to anyone serious about their health? Fast forward to the appointment I had to make to renew my prescriptions and here is my experience. After checking in for my appointment at 11:00 am, I waited until 3:00 pm and was not seen yet. 4 hours? I let the receptionist know I had to leave and she rushed to get a nurse to take care of me. The nurse reset my prescriptions and I was on my way after making a telemedicine appointment for the following month. The final straw was the telemedicine appointment I made which was canceled at the last minute (2 days before) by the office because Dr. Adams had made other plans and was unable to take any appointments for a week. It's so sad because when you can see Dr. Adams it is a good experience, BUT I do hold her responsible for the lack of follow-up and her not being respectful of my time as well as the others sitting in her office while I waited 4 hours to be seen.
