I used Albert last year during the pandemic. All went well and he was responsive even though they had to change the date on me and I was happy with the end result. I called them back for more work this year in the front yard and I guess I wasn’t spending enough as once I reached out and said I wanted to move forward he said he’d let me know what the schedule looked like, but after 5 texts and 5 calls I still have no response back. I even said I could wait until he slowed down. I’m really sad since I had such a great experience the first time. I like to use smaller businesses because they work on word of mouth and that was my first impression and I had given his name to friends, but my last impression won’t let me recommend him any longer.

I had my backyard done in March 2021 and last week I reached out to Albert the owner on the $300 palm tree they planted has fungus on it and asked him what can we do. On multiple calls to the owner they are not responding and I am worried about the warranty that was promised on the grass and sprinkle system for years to come by them if they are not responsive like this. I already saying to my neighbors who are enquiring about my yard on who did it that be careful with my kind of experience. I am finding legal ways on warranty if anything happens to my yard and SOLID Green (Mr,Albert who claims that he did 2000 plus yards in LV is not responsive to answer the client after the work) ....will not recommend to anyone.

I have not hired them for any services, but my neighbor has. They have been super unprofessional. They leave their tools out across their entire front yard scattered vs storing in the customers backyard when they are done for the night. They park their truck and trailer in the middle of the road blocking the street once they have unloaded. Now they have their trailer parked on the street facing the wrong way. They should have some more respect for the rest of the neighbors that live here and not block traffic flow and peoples driveways.

A month out I scheduled the time for them to do my backyard. They cancelled on me twice! Each time I had to contact THEM the day before to find out that they couldn’t come out! I went on and hired another company! Very disappointed on how they do business!

I tried getting an estimate from them. I got a confirmed schedule for tuesday and I texted Albert asking if it’s possible to change the time but I didn’t hear anything from him. Tuesday came and I left early from work (undertime/underpaid) just to make it for our scheduled time since he didn’t reply back to me if I can change the time. I texted him and told him I’m going home early so I can make it for our appointment (doing this as a courtesy). Then he told me he already changed the schedule for today that he can’t do the estimate. It is very unprofessional not telling your client that you are changing the schedule. He replied to me in a rude attitude like I owe him something and told me he can’t make it cause he has a meeting at 6pm that I changed my schedule. First of all, you should have replied back when I ask if it’s possible to change the time but you didn’t! I could have done somethingelse if I just knew you cancelled my appointment without me knowing!
