They did not complete the job, did not respond to my continuous contacts to return. I had ask for an upgrade and it was agreed upon the Supervisor "Enoc" stated he would pick of the larger trees and get the Mulch that they forgot to pick up. Needless to say no mulch, no trees, no contact. I got another company to come in and complete the job, they found that desert rose did not lay the material that stops weeds from growing thru the gravel. They laid 2 different types of sod, which is obvious to see, also the sprinklers do not cover all the grass when watering. Watch these people, pay attention while they work. I didn't I went on trust "wrong" move.. I had to spend so much extra to have things done correctly. Be aware

If I could give no stars I would I went through McDonald's on Charleston parking lot today at 10:20am and the employee using the blower blew a rock at my window and shattered my windshield and when i got out to ask for manager name and phone number of course he dosent speak English. Ive tried calling the number and keeps saying its not in service and the company has ignored my messages.

Unfortunately, my experience with Desert Rose was poor. We were happy with quite a few things. But after they got paid, and were required to make repairs, they stalled out their 90 day repair window. After contacting Thumbtack, who I found them through, they scheduled to come out. After being told my repairs, now 10 months later, are out of warranty period things deescalated. I didn't expect them to fix it. I hoped they would. Because it should have been taken care of to begin with. But I'm not paying for work twice. Sorry. No. Had to photo and video them leaving after they pulled up the irrigation line out front. Will be following up with the BBB and the City.
