The reason you'll see a lot of reviews here, good ones even, is because this agency offers a small monetary compensation to customers who take the time to review them. I'm glad I didn't take them up on this, because, even after two years, I'm still annoyed at what they did to me in a very critical time. I'll be fair and say that I was with them for four years, and they are very good at what they do - as long as you don't have extra questions or concerns. So I was happy with them from 2013 to 2017. Then in came 2017, I was purchasing a new car. I was at the dealership dealing with the paperwork; a stressful circumstance in itself. I contacted them to let them know of this change. There was some back and forth with Holly, and after a bit, I got my new insurance policy. I still had questions regarding the premiums, and decided to call them once more. Holly had a very annoyed tone, ending every sentence with "Do you have any other question?" You know, "yes that's for six months-do you have any other question? You'll get the IDs in your mailbox-do you have any other question?" as if trying to end the conversation asap with an undesirable person. I left the conversation feeling, I don't know how to describe it; bitter about the experience. I'm a paying customer. I was in the middle of purchasing a new car. These guys had been my agency for four years. And that's the treatment I get?! Unacceptable. I called them back, and told them to cancel my policy. They told me to make the request via e-mail (I'm guessing for paper trail reasons.) And so I did. They canceled the policy within minutes, no questions asked. Again, I have to give it to them; they're good at what they do, I guess, since they processed my request immediately. I got a new insurance policy online, with the same company they work with, on my own, on the spot, and for $20 less than what they quoted me (I got the e-mails to prove this.) So at least a good thing came out of this whole experience. Anyway. In summary: need an agency that expects customers to go through their process without questions or concerns? They're perfect. Otherwise, your mileage may vary, and best of luck. This review brought to you with me receiving $0 in compensation.

Wish I could leave 0 stars because that's the amount they get back to you. They did it to my brother and my parents. New company horrible experience already. I know I wont get a call back so I'm gonna call my insurance directly and never deal with this company again.
