I was an Allstate customer for 20 years. They rely on the fact you are complacent with shopping for competitive rates. After one too many annual rate increases I did a quick search and found they were not competitive, and frankly took advantage of me. Rates for a better Auto and Home policy were a third cheaper. This particular agency failed to cancel after sending and receiving confirmation. Therefore, the Mortgage Servicer paid them and I had to go through the process of collecting from Allstate and then paying back the Mortgage Servicer. No apology, just the odd advice I should keep the refund and just pay a bigger Mortgage payment to make up for the negative escrow amount.

I have been with Allstate here in Las Vegas for about 6 years... My point of contact is Kimberly. She is amazing! If I have a question or concern she is there to answer any of my questions. I recently got into an accident and even though my situation is transferred to auto and collision, she was still there to follow up with me and make sure that I was being taken cared of. Kim your doing and awesome job!
