        I have been with ALLSTATE for over 20 years and Karen Caputo was the person that wrote my policy day one. If she didn't work for them I would have changed places a long time ago. She's a vital part of the agency's she's at and probably doesn't get the recognition she deserves. She's always polite courteous and puts the customer number one. I'm a single mother on a limited income and she understands the restraints that I sometimes have. I appreciate and am thankful that she has been my agent for so many years.
