The Beckers are great agents for the most part! I have dealt more with Kathy & she has been very helpful! The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because policy issues have not always been explained thoroughly. I had emailed Patrick some questions about our policy & his replies were very curt. I don't know if I caught him at a bad time or what the deal was but we spend alot on insurance for car & home. When I have questions time should be taken to make sure I understand the issue at hand & the answer to my questions. I also had alot of trouble downloading the Allstate app which Patrick told me about. After 3 tries I gave up. The reviews were awful & it seems as though there were several people having issues with the app. As time went by i literally forgot about it. No reminders were given not did they ask if I ever downloaded it even though I'm sure they keep track of who has it. I didn't understand what the app did for you. So about 4-5 months later I remembered & downloaded it. This time with no problem. They must have worked the bugs out. Then I saw that after so many trips, credits were issued towards your car insurance policy. If I had known that I would have kept trying to get it downloaded especially since i had emailed Patrick about why the rates seem so high. I did try calling the 800 number to Allstate but got disconnected twice! That is frustrating! Anyway that whole experience left me annoyed with the agency. They send surveys & want clients to give high marks across the board. Well I'm happy to do that when the service is flawless. I feel as though we are sometimes the "forgotten" clients. We automatically pay our policies through online banking so we are never late. But we never get a call to see if all is good & there are any questions we might have. Sad because customer service in this town has definitely fallen to the wayside.
