Steffany is a fantastic insurance agent to work with. She is very responsive, professional, and thorough. Twice I have called her with urgent requests to get quotes and policies done within a very short timeframe, and she delivered both times without skipping a beat. She made sure to get approvals ASAP and information over to my contacts as quickly as possible. She has also responded quickly and thoroughly to my non-urgent requests; I’ve never waited more than a couple hours for a response. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable agent.

I am a baby boomer who insists on personalized service over using a website, phone app or other technology. It's about the relationship especially when I pay in excess of $4K/year on auto/home policies plus a couple policies for my wife. Steffany is a talented and professional LM agent that provides that level of service confidence I do not get from clicking a link, using chat or speaking to a call center in another state. Responsiveness and professionalism also describes Ms. Diaz-Parra. In fact, I agreed to retain her and LM even if adding my teen daughter to our auto policy meant paying a bit more than competitors solely because of the Steffany's attentive customer service. No geckos or balloons or other gimmicky promos, just great, reliable service.
