        They canceled my insurance with no notification. When I finally did get notified I payed right away but the failed to notify me that there was gonna be a lapse in my insurance.when I tried to contact someone about this problem they don't care and do not want to put me in contact with a manager

        I ordered 6 condo policies from this office in May of this year. Apparently, Erica knew I was shoppingfor quotes so she added in a $30.00 per policy "New Household" discount to reduce the quotes. A few months later, I received new invoices from Farmers wherein they added the phony "New Household" discounts back into the premium. It was phony the whole time. I spoke with the Broker, Richard Sacca and he told me his agent probably made a mistake-- "let's split the difference". No, you charged me a phony/fraudulent charge x6. I won't split it. Preparing docs now to be reviewedby Nevada Dept of Insurance. OK, doing it your way Richard....
