Jeff McMeans is absolutely the worst insurance agent you could ever use, and I recommend staying far away from him. He has dropped the ball numerous times. Most recently (the reason we changed our home, life and auto) we sold and purchased a new home. We received an email from Jeff stating our insurance had switched over to our new home. He never did switch it over and our home was uninsured for 2 months before we had realized what had occurred. We were penalized for not having the insurance on our new home. We sought out insurance elsewhere. We told him to keep our life insurance policy in place until we could get our new one through our new agent. He cancelled it right away and we did not realize this until a month later. His stupidity has cost us nearly $500 and he and the regional manager refuse to fix the problem.
