So I called the other day to add hospitalization insurance because I am worried my current health insurance will leave me high and dry if anything serious happens. I was able to complete the forms online and the agent was able to start my deductions immediately. I was completely stressed prior to calling, but Aflac gives me peace of mind now that I added this plan in addition to my short term disability.

Amy Betchel out of the Las Vegas office on Rainbow Blvd. is just an amazing human being! I have never had someone so kind, professional and ALWAYS followed up with me every single contact, whether is was phone or email contact. I had just lost my husband and have been in an extremely stressful state of mind. My daughter and I also had to move at the same time out of state, 5 states away. You can imagine how this sudden de ath of my husband of twenty years affected myself and my 16 year old daughter. He passed suddenly of Covid. My daughter and I were also extremely ill with the virus as well. Needless to say, she was a warm light in the confused, greiving, mad state of mind that I was in these last two months. We have now settled into our new life and I will never forget how well I was treated and how hard she fought for me to be taken care of. I will now refer people to her as well as buy more policies from her. It makes me feel glad to know that there are people in this world like her, still left. Thank you Aflac for hiring such an awesome lady!
