I'm very disappointed with the customer service of Stelar Insurance agency. Yesterday I called them, and one of its bilingual employees answered and heard my concerning. She promised indeed to call me back in 10 to 15 minutese and it never happened. Today I called them, asking for the mentioned employee and left a message to her. I called several more times and... nothing. I stull remember the former employees the same agency had years ago... so much different.

I’ve been working with Bonie on setting up a new policy and I have found her to be extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. She found a very reasonable plan, explained all of the nuances and has been flexible with making a number of changes for me. Great service and responsiveness all around. I would definitely recommend Bonie and the rest of the Stellar team!
