Paychex

Had them for years now. Always answered immediately and very helpful. Obviously something has changed. I can't get ahold of my specialist, he hasn't called back for months. I keep leaving him messages. I finally got through to the online chat today after an hour or more wait and I was immediately kicked off. - It's cost me more in losses with Paychex that it's worth. I would definitely consider an alternative.

If I could give it no stars I would. I have spent 30 minutes on hold because I have to change my phone number. It will not allow me to log in unless I have that number and on the phone customer service line there is no option for help when it comes to this issue. I am forced to wait by the live chat which has connected me to literally no one in 40 minutes. I am forced to try to call under a different issue in hopes of getting help but even that is asking too much because no one is available. Even though I have my email, password and username I am not able to log in unless I have that phone.

If I could leave a 0 star review for this company I would! Its an awful company, worst service ever, and its not the first time this has happened. They did not pay my employees and will not be able to pay them until Monday because they dont operate on weekends. This is unacceptable and definitely not fair for the people waiting for their payroll. Definitely going to look elsewhere for some other company to do the work they cant do.

By far the WORST PAYROLL SYSTEM EVER. More expensive than the rest, the price still changes and goes up every 2 months for no good reason. You will never get the chance to talk to your "Paychex specialist". I don't even know why I have one!!!
