        Melissa is a pretty cool recruiter BUT STS is a bad staffing company overall. I decided to cut them off completely because of scheduling issues and constant last minute requests/updates. The company does not value personal time or work life balance, and they are looking for people ready to work meaning be on call and take any low pay job. Without Melissa This place is 1 star.

        At STS STAFFING, my recruiter, Melissa Riley has kept me working at an hourly rate of 15hr or better. Best staffing agency I have worked for. No pressure if you don't like an assignment, easily find something more fitting for you. Thanks for keeping money in my pockets for the New Year!!!

        I moved to Las Vegas approximately weeks ago from Atlanta. I have used temporary agencies in the past and decided to visit STS in person. I was told to go on the website.The next day I went the local unemployment office and tried to send a copy of my resume.I received a message from the site "you already have a profile" called us for assistance when calling the number Regina, looked at my profile and asked what type of work was I looking for? I said warehouse work. She mentioned that she were making calls and could I come see her asap! Upon entering the office it was the most professional and Organized, I've seen in a temporary agency. Regina assured me that she has placed other retirement aged adults in rewarding jobs. Regina placed me with a company that appreciates temporary workers by saying so when we arrive and when we leave. I would gladly send everyone I know to Regina and STF staffing! What a dedicated recruiter I was definitely impressed. Thank you, Regina, so amazing.

      Thanks for the feedback, Yugi, and your kudos to Melissa. The very nature of our work with clients as a temporary help firm means that many available jobs are last minute, and scheduling can sometimes be inconsistent. I think calling us a ‘bad’ firm is a bit much, and we do pay above market rates in most instances. We do hope that you’ll give Melissa, and STS, another chance, but that’s entirely up to you. The door remains open. In terms of work-life balance, I think all if us are trying to achieve some type of reasonable blend, (including an everyone here at STS), So, yes, we do care about that.
