I left for 2 days when I came back my room looked like it had been gone through. the maids were in my room while I was gone.fresh towels were put in the bathroom.someone took my cats travel play pen brand new out of the room .I was also missing new bras tags still attached new panties tags still attached.tons of bath products and personal items.. just beware of the thrives.the rooms were never vaccines.the maids would dump water on the floors without sweeping first and use a towel wrapped around the mop handel and go back and forth on the floor dirt still on floors.be careful leaving your room for any amount of time .this place will rob you blind..it's not worth losing your things..total getto hotel..

I am currently staying at the Rita while I wait to find an apartment. The Rita is within hopping distance from the strip, which is good and bad. It's a good is there's lots to do, if you have money and the bad part is the outrageous amounts that 7-Eleven and Walgreens charge because it is on the strip. They are price gouging the tourists and the locals that happen to live nearby. An example: a super super big gulp is usually a $1.79 but at this store it's a little over $3. So aside from that the maid service is excellent, they are very thorough they don't forget anything the room smells amazing after they leave and they clean it extremely fast. It is not the most beautiful hotel in Vegas but it is very pretty in the courtyards and kind of jungle like. They do have a pool although it's closed for winter. For the most part everyone who works here says good morning, hi, how are you doing? Etc Help of Southern Nevada houses the homeless here for those that qualifies for a certain program they have. It is to help get people off the streets, live drug free, and lead a productive life. I have had absolutely no problems with anyone here, staff or guests. The rooms are AMAZING! It puts Siegel Suites to shame. There is a small front room with two large chairs a dresser and a medium sized flat screen tv. Walk further in and a door on the right is to the bedroom, straight fwd the kitchen. The bedroom has 1 or 2 beds that are queen sized and so comfortable I want to take it with me!! . A tv is mounted on the wall, the bathroom inside the bedroom. I definitely recommend staying here if you don't mind being a little distance away from the stores. Sorry for the novel lol
