I wish I could give this place zero stars the rooms are amazing but the customer service is horrible I rent a two bed room ans paid 557.00 and the lady at the front desk by the name of Nikki told me my next payment would be $371.00 wrote it on my paper work and everything then I came in that Saturday before the rent was due to make the payment they young lady at the office told me that my total was 450.00!! I said that can’t be correct because nikki stated to me that I would only have to pay the $371.00 I go into the office Sunday morning to talk to the so called manger that knew nothing stated to me she is new and doesn’t know a lot for her to tell me there was nothing I can do other than pay the additional 79.00 dollars even though her employee made the mistake then I went in to pay the 79.00 to just give me one more day to figure out things and come up with the money to pay my weekly rent which the manger Mirianna said was ok and then I make that payment and not even an hour later there calling me telling me that they won’t take any payments from me and I have to check out Monday morning before 12 with no reasoning to the decision at all worst experience I have have ever had in my entire life I would never recommend this place to anyone I’m putting my experience all over social media do not go here
