        They own the lender but didn't disclose this. They priced the home above market, then offered discount if we used their lender. Lender rate and all charges were much higher than my three pre-qualifications, but it was like pulling teeth getting this detailed and in writing. On top, the usual car salesman pressure tactics. Only buy if you don't care what you spend, or what kind of shady company is getting it.
