        Beware. I was planning to buy a home from them but had to back out due to timing with the sale of a different home. The earnest money refund policy was not explained to me prior to me signing, and I ended up forfeiting $3500 due to a misunderstanding. Century Communities' local VP was not willing to make it right, and in fact when I asked a representative to call him the VP hung up on him unprovoked in the middle of a civil conversation. Unprofessional and questionable business practices as it relates to a potential client. Do not recommend.

        Do not buy a home from century...they cut every corner. Their customer service is terrible. Every home in my neighborhood has major problems. Worst purchase I have ever made. Dont fall for their tricks, if you buy a home from them you will regret it.
