If I could rate it at 0 I would. I attempted to return a hat I purchased yesterday to store 6118. The associate Christina, refused to refund OR exchange the hat for me. She said she was the manager, there was a crease on the hat, and it was her decision not to take it back. I had the receipt and all tags are attached to the hat. The return policy does NOT state anything about hats being damaged as not being returnable. Not only that, the hat NEVER left the bag. How do I know the associate didn't bend it putting it in the bag? For her to refuse the exchange/ return and claim I did something wrong was completely unacceptable! My husband even purchased your rewards program, intending to be a repeat customer, not only for himself, but also our son. You've now lost us as customers forever. Christina's bad attitude, refusal to follow your company return policy as stated on your receipt, and unprofessionalism is a scar on your company's reputation. I am letting you know this incident occurred because as a former store manager, and now as a business owner, I would appreciate customers letting me know if my associates are adhering to company policies and if they are treating customers (especially rewards members) with respect.
