I ordered flowers and balloons for my granddaughter's 21st birthday. I requested they be delivered by noon the day of. That did not happen. Florist substituted the balloons with bath products without checking to see if that was okay, and there were no concerns regarding allergies. The floral arrangement was not as colorful as advertised. All of this could have been resolved with a phone call. I got excuses that there was no time to call because of numerous mother's day orders. I was made to feel my order was not as important. My granddaughter will only turn 21 once. Since the anniversary of her mother's death was two days before, I really wanted this day to be perfect for her, especially since I am not there to help her celebrate. I am woefully disappointed in the customer service and the products I received. I will not recommend or use this business again.

I was floored when I saw the arrangement it was breathtaking and the customer service was amazing Taheerah is a dream to deal with!! Highly recommend.

Ordered my wedding bouquet from here and they were beyond what I expected love them, showed them a pic and this is what they looked like for my wedding day!!!!!!
