5 star! Our family ordered flowers for our fathers funeral and we were all very pleased with our order! Exactly and far above what we expected!! Absolutely gorgeous! Each & every one of the bouquets were stunning! I would highly recommend this flower shop! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with kindness & helpful ideas. Thank you Dancing Dandelion for making our day a little brighter due to the circumstances.

This is the best flower shop in town. I've bought many flowers from here and the owners are always so sweet and always have the most beautiful flowers. Bought the most unreal bouquet I've ever seen for my wife for our 5th year. Did not disappoint. Highly recommend to everyone !

I called the shop at 4:50 PM when they close at 5 oclock and I was able to order my friend a bouquet that they had already made up and the owner personally delivered it to the hospital! Excellent service highly recommend.

Terrible Experience
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience in here and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter. The overall service, pricing, and policies left much to be desired, making it the worst flower shop experience I have ever had. To add to the frustration, the employee who assisted us, Nadia, did not provide satisfactory customer service.
First and foremost, I was shocked by the exorbitant prices at here. The cost of their arrangements was significantly higher compared to other flower shops in the area. I expected to pay a premium for quality flowers and unique designs, but the prices were unjustifiably inflated. It was disheartening to realize that I had overpaid for the floral arrangements.
Furthermore, the customer service at In this flower shop was abysmal. Nadia, the employee who attended to us, displayed a lack of professionalism and failed to meet even the most basic standards of service. She appeared disinterested and unwilling to answer questions or provide suggestions. I felt ignored and unimportant as a customer, which significantly impacted my overall experience.
One particularly concerning aspect of my visit was the shop's policy of requiring payment upfront, even before seeing the actual flowers. This practice left me feeling uneasy, as it seemed like a tactic to take advantage of customers. Unfortunately, my concerns were validated when I received the arrangements. The flowers were not up to par with what I had expected based on the shop's reputation. They lacked freshness, and the overall quality was subpar.
To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the flowers, the shop refused to issue a refund. They insisted that once payment was made, there were no grounds for a refund, regardless of the quality of the product. This policy is unjust and unacceptable, as it essentially forces customers to settle for whatever they are given without any recourse. It shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and raises serious doubts about the shop's commitment to quality.
In conclusion, my experience at here was incredibly disappointing. The combination of exorbitant prices, poor customer service from Nadia, the requirement to pay upfront without seeing the flowers, and the absence of a refund policy made it the worst flower shop I have ever encountered. I strongly advise potential customers to consider other options before patronizing this establishment.
