Tiger Lily Floral

Poor communication and customer care. Anniversary arrangement arrived at 930pm after being told no later than 5pm. No offer of refund only the excuse a driver was out sick...not my problem. Mine was explaining to my wife why there no flowers delivered until 930pm. They were ordered several days in advance. Best in Vegas? Hate to see the other ones.

Tiger Lily was my familys go to floral shop until today. I stopped by the store to pickup a pre-made arrangement. Upon walking in, The cashier/associate at the front named Dennis completely ignored my presence even though I was the only one there Thankfully a girl came out (forgot her name) and answered all my questions which eventually led me to purchase the dish plant attached. She was very helpful and im glad theres a sense of customer service in the store. As I pick up the arrangement and place it on their table to checkout. Dennis was scrolling and typing through his computer as if there wasnt a line of three people behind me forming. About three minutes later, the young lady asked Dennis if he was going to ring me out and he says I will, I just have to finish something on the screen first. I was so shocked by his response I couldnt even form a reaction. I dont know how this place is running with someone who is client facing completely ignoring their customers to focus on their computer. If Dennis was communicative and told me to please wait a second or sorry I need to fix something on my screen I wouldve been understanding. For me to stand in line with other customers with no communication or acknowledgement from the front of house staff was frustrating considering the price point of their arrangements. Unfortunately, We will no longer be customers of Tiger Lily and I will direct floral recommendations elsewhere . Please do not offer me a discount or a complimentary arrangement since this review is for transparency should anyone wish to purchase arrangements from this establishment.

Just ordered an arrangement for my Goddaughters Graduation, and I must say Tiger Lilly Floral employee, Adam, was wonderfully helpful! He was so very patient with me in trying to choose just the right color for my arrangement, and considerate of my feelings of not being able to be there. Also, loved how he wanted to ensure that she receives them! Thank you Adam, and Tiger Lilly I will use you again!!
