1-800-Flowers

This was by far the worse! They never sent me a confirmation number. They did however take the money out of my account. They passed the delivery time with a no show. I call they tell me it wasn't sent out yet because they ran out of the product and were going to substitute it WITHOUT notifying me. They also did not bother to call or email me knowing what was going on and also stated they would send me a new confirmation number but I had already stated I was going to cancel the order since it wasn't what I wanted anyways! Horrible business and lack of communication makes them loose business. Who changes the order WITHOUT NOTIFYING???? Ridiculous! Very bad service. I better be getting my money back within the days I was told or you will have yet ANOTHER bad review.

Don't ever order flowers from this company they double charged me, they deliver after 3 days which I requested "same day delivery" thats not it they place my private information on the cover they put my phone number and name and they told me it was going to be confidential... don't ever order from this uf you dont want to get ripped off like I did I was on phone for hours to get my money back and they told me they didnt double charged me. So I had to dispute transaction through my bank....horrible service and business.

This was a horrible experience with 1-800 Flowers. My boyfriend had flowers sent to me at our home two days before Valentines Day. Doorbell rang and I ran to the door no one was there. Opened the door and found a 1-800 Flowers box on the ground in front of my screen door. Once I opened the box I found my vase in plastic and flowers too. Two of the roses were already dead. No one wants boxed flowers they have to assemble. Very Disappointed! But I'm even more upset because my boyfriend paid five times what I paid! I bought him flowers and they still look better. The worst. Strawberries weren't fresh upon delivery the manager was completely rude, refused to allow me to explain my frustrations. Blamed the third party for the error took NO responsibility for the expired fruit or offered a refund. After I got frustrated with the way she was handling this situation she decided to offer to send me new strawberries and I refused because at this point after she explained "they can't guarantee how fresh the starwberries will arrive" and not wanting to waste more time since my birthday ALREADY passed I asked for a refund. She refused. She has ZERO compassion or care to provide her return customers the best experience possible. I have no idea why she is even in business. I will never return to this establishment nor will I recommend. I would rather order from edible arrangements at least I know the quality of product they provide is good and if by chance it isn't they will make sure to fix the error. Not hang up on their customers. Save your time and money.

I will never use this shop or recommend it to anyone. What was supposed to be a thoughtful gift from my best friend to celebrate my 30th birthday, turned into a horrible experience. The "manager" Yvette was the most rude person I have ever dealt with in the Las Vegas service industry. There are plenty of other establishments in town who actually care about customer service.
