Rose Shack Fine Florist & Flower Delivery

I have ordered from this florist multiple times and delivery is always on point and flowers always beautiful! I have called and asked questions about delivery/orders and customer service is top tier. I won't order flowers from anywhere else!

Driver sent a delivery confirmation when he was in my area 2 hrs later Im calling asking where my order,customer service call the florist come to find out the driver never loaded my order onto the truck,told me it will be delivered before 7:30 pm driver just has to go get it from the shop.well its Sunday mrng Xmas eve,cant get in touch with shop customer service arguing saying its proof of delivery at 10:13 am,remind u I spoke with customer service yesterday at 12:15 pm an was told it was left,but today (its proof of delivery left at door cause nobody answered)up until I told her I have ring cam video of nobody showing up leaving anything at my doorstep..

Absolutely lovely to work with. I called to order from out of state for our upcoming elopement and they made the most beautiful bridal bouquet and matching attendant bouquet and bouts. With very little instruction from me, I gave just a color concept and vibe and the finished product was beyond beautiful. I loved it so much, and would recommend to every and any one! I dont leave reviews often, but it is a little nerve wracking to be ordering from out of state for your wedding with no experience with a vendor, so if anyone else has doubts, dont! High quality and beautiful. 12/10 Happy Bride
