Jack in the Box

After sitting in the drive-through for almost 45 minutes you get ready to order and they tell you that theyre temporarily closed and are you here to pick up most ridiculous thing ever time completely wasted they should have someone out here telling people this. This line is backed all the way out to the street and now Im still stuck in the drive-through trying to get out of here since they wont let you order anything worst experience ever Ill never be back

Here as tourists. Drive through only when we visited with no car! Thought would give it another go so ordered online. After 50 min our order got cancelled- 2 very disappointed daughters (and a pleasant evening while on vacation ruined)

Been in the same place for an hour. Line is not moving.... So disappointing!!! Hear a worker say there's only 2 people working inside. Poor customer service! Won't come back again. That's for sure. Wouldn't have given them any star's, If it was possible

Jack is my go to fast-food because the food is good and the service is decently fast however, the drive thru at this Jack in the Box was slow (second car in line) and our order was incorrect. We didn't notice until we drove away. I always go to the Jacklistens site on the receipt to do the questionnaire and leave a comment but they also did not give us a receipt. We have had slowness problems with this particular Jack in the past so we'll just skip this one from now on. We were visiting Vegas for a few days and headed back to California.

Their food was great. The only problem was with their service and how slow it was. At 3:30 pm their Lobby was closed and the order in the Drive thru took 15 minutes to be ready. Again their food was very good.
