Where to start the food is good but often under cooked. I will never order chicken anything from here again. The drive thru moves slow and the bad attitudes top off the whole experience. 2 stars because I love me some tacos and breakfast. Its one of the only couple places you can get breakfast whenever in Henderson.

The thing I like about jack box is you can get anything. Any time of day. And they are open 24 hours. And they always seem to have a dedicated employee always cleaning up. The thing I have come to realize as dumb as it may sound. Once they changed their soda machines. I hate those things so much that I started going to other places and now I realize how poor the quality of the food really is. I used to eat their sometimes when I was really busy 3x a day. Now it's MAYBE once a week. The employees are always helpful and nice. I don't think I have ever had a bad experience like that. So in the grand scheme of things. You could do worse. But you can also do much better

I got the chicken fajita and ultimate bacon burger, BOTH AWFUL!!!! I remember the chicken fajita being bigger and better this looked like it came off a dollar menu and had no flavor(they forgot the salsa it comes with)its not worth $6 and some change. The $7 bacon burger looked like it came of a dollar menu as well... It's an Ultimate Bacon cheeseburger and my husband got only three small pieces of bacon...the bacon was smaller then the beef patty. NEVER AGAIN!!!

A fair review. 1 star for letting me order online. I did part of your cashier's job. Sweet. You're welcome. So... may I have my food now...? Where are your employees Jack ? Location lists its' services as "24 hours". Ordered online. Arrived and found all lights on. Open sign lit. Zero communication from any staff out of the drive through speaker. No one at the the drive through window. I rarely give 1 stars as stand by fair and honest review scores. I put myself in their shoes(bad day? Etc.) and find ways to give even the poorest services I've received from a business a reasonto give at least a 3 star.

I was feeling hungry and nothing else around me sounded good to eat. Ive always come here and have never had a problem with the drive through but every time I order they always fill my frys half way, get something incorrect on my order, or something is missing. I just received my order through DoorDash and sure enough it was not right. I ordered two 10 piece nugget meals both with root beer, only receiving one of my drinks with cold nuggets and half filled fries. So disappointing. After trying to contact the store more than once I gave up and decided I would try again in the morning. I just hope that the overnight crew realizes how lazy they are , and that they are only not answering the phones purposely so they dont have to hear it from a manger later. So disappointed with this place.
