Sonic Drive-In

I went here the other day, the line was long, but no big deal. When I got to the window it had been 25 minutes, and they messed my order up. So when she asked if I had the burger I said no, bc I order a hotdog. Since my order was rung I. Wrong when they found the ticked and made my food they made it wrong again. Ended up spending 55 minutes in the drive thru, when I got my hotdog and fries I didn't have my jalapeos poppers and was about to just leave until they finally found them. All I got for this massive inconvenience was 2 tokens for drinks on my next visit. I will probably never go back to this sonic ever again.

I live nearby so it's a convenient quick option for a meal or dessert. But they LITERALLY never get my order right. I won't be back. There are too many other places nearby to deal with that kind of incompetence.

I love ordering on the app because I get half price drinks all day. I have never been to this location, and will not go back. I ordered 5 drinks on the app, so I thought. When the waitress brought the drinks I realized I messed up and asked if she could just bring me another water. I knew I had to pay, not a big deal, and I needed change for a tip anyways. I gave her $20 for an $.80 water. 2-3 mins later another waitress comes out and asks me to pay...I explain I gave the other waitress the money so she took the water and went back in. 10 mins goes by and I have to call in and ask if they are bringing my water and change back. The 2nd waitress comes out, with an attitude, and hands me my water and change and walks off. I was going to tip, but with the attitudes I got...nope. I mean I realized they were busy and I apologized for the mix up that I did in ordering, but an attitude from both was ridiculous. I would not recommend this place at all.

Got my order home and it was wrong. Not the first time from this location either. It had been a while in between visits so I thought it would be OK to visit again. The order on the screen was correct but not made to order. I think I'll find another location and hopefully I will have better luck and the meat patties juicier.

This place never seems to amaze me, they can never get your order right even if the ticket is right in front of them. Missing the cheese from the burger and its not even fully cooked keep in mind its for a child. The blast was melted before I could even drive away.
