Let me start off with their chili cheese fries that they gave us we're old must have been sitting there for I don't know how long We ordered 4 sides of green And it gave us nothing They gave us nothing We didn't send anything back because they looked like people that would spit in our food They had really bad attitudes And I feel like they poured the whole bottle of mustard in my Burger They're rude and disgusting and this will be another sonics I will not go back. Next time we'll go to Red Robin it's worth the money

We came to get the chicken strip meal. We ordered a 5 piece and found when we got home there was only 3. We called and the manager said she put our name in the book and we would get a 5 piece when we came back for free.we asked her name and she said our name was in the book we didn't need her name. We came today and they gave us attitude and wouldn't give us our free meal. We were buying more stuff it's not like we just came to get free food but the manager Alajandro was rude and refused to give what was promised. I would give a 0 stars if I could

Food's pretty decent here. The chili dogs and onion rings are my fave, and they're pretty consistent at every location I've visited.

On 4/6/22 we went to get some shakes the one who answered in the parking lot intercom had an attitude and was rushing us to order we received our shakes all really melty and messy I asked to speak to the manager and all of a sudden its the same person who had an attitude her name shanique it looks like she was being lazy to walk or serve people manager replaced the shake and still the shake was melty
