just now on Google I just rented here recently. Nothing but positive vibes from everyone here. Very safe and in close proximity to everything Vegas. Superior management by Felicia & Carmella. They are compassionate & accomodating as well as no non sense! (My kind of people). Carmella and Felicia who manage the property have the best personalities. They are accommodating and provide the most comfortable and secure property probably in all of Las Vegas.

The ladies in the front office are absolutely amazing! Felicia and Carmela went above and beyond to get us into a unit, when we had to relocate much sooner than we expected. The complex is quiet and clean and so is the unit. They have been so helpful with everything and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

PSA: This is going go be a long one! Emerald on Cameron street is a calm place to stay in comparison to the stigma other weeklys have. The staff is always on point. The cleaning ladies clean this place like its March 2020. And while Ive not had any issues w my unit, per my request, the maintainence staff kindly removed a banana from my counter to keep from spoiling while I was out of town🙏 ..As the office says, "we dont do bugs!" Let me say, the cherry on top is def the women working in the office. They're next level when it comes to handling any concerns. I've even seen them go above and beyond for potential tenants walking-in by calling sister properties and relaying info to get them a roof over thier head. Carmella & Felicia rock! Oh, and they just installed a new cable/wifi system across the property last month, its lovely. 5+++ stars for my overall stay of 4 months.
