Joseph try to discount me these generic RLX headphones. He try to reel me with with their “ deals” if you buy several including a iphone battery charger. Research these crappy headphones and phone chargers ( all generic over priced no name products) . These are the same ppl who sell at kiosks . Don’t fall for their scams and there’s no refunds no matter what they say. And their crappy warranty! There’s no free shipping if your products breaks . Stick to Bose, airpods and Samsung or beats ! Don’t buy anything here !

You’re nice and family in the store but their customer service are not attentive to detail and prices are over priced. I was sold merchandise that was falsely advertised and later company offered to refund me and have me pay for shipping .

Joseph is absolutely amazing. He was super helpful, amazingly nice and easy to talk to. Got us hooked up with exactly what we needed for our phones, and gave us an amazing deal. And the lifetime warranty and replacements for when we upgrade for the cases is absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend wish I could give more than 5 stars.
