I had my apple watch repaired here 2 weeks ago - they replaced a broken screen. It cost $320, and now, 2 weeks later, my apple watch is broken because it got wet. When I called this shop to tell them that their repair did not repair the watch to working order, they said they can't guarantee that their repairs will be waterproof. They should tell people verbally that they can't make the watch waterproof again, because there's no way I would pay $320 to partly repair a watch. HORRIBLE SERVICE. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE.

Right after I got my screen fixed it my phone started turning off and wouldn't let me scroll down and I had to get a new phone

I have been a customer since January, they gave me decent price to fix my iPhone screenAnd I’ve had at least three or four fixed there this year. I also had them change a battery in my iPhone. What I didn’t understand is around my third Time, they raised the price on me. I thought that because I bought so many screens, either the price will stay lower or the same. That’s the first complaint I have. My second complaint. I took my laptop there to have the battery replaced, which worked perfectly fine as long as it was plugged in. I was given a quote for 40 bucks I think or30 bucks. The guy told me to come back when I drop off my computer for another quote. So I came back a couple days later and they told me 90 bucks. I declined. So then I had to wait another day or two for them to get me my computer back, because they don’t fix computers there I found out them. They ship them up in North Las Vegas. Now when I came back and grab my computer I take it home and plug it in and I get nothing. I called him and he immediately all they do is deny everything. They said they never took it apart because it was just the battery quote And they had no reason to. I took my computer to an expert he asked me for permission to open it up, and I allowed it to find out the battery had been removed. And that’s why the computer won’t turn on. I call them back and they are still in denial. And they are going to look at the camera footage, I mean really,??When I drop the computer off, I knew it needed a battery because it wouldn’t work and less it was plugged in, and I remember battery status indicator on the computer. So now the ball is in their court, I’m waiting for a response after this guy is supposed to be looking at camera footage. If this place doesn’t rectify this problem, I will make a lot of noise about it. My advice to anyone who deals with this place is get everything in writing first. And when you take your merchandise there, make sure you show them what works or that it works, because I was just trying to make my computer better, but ended up with no computer at all. The guy at the Charlston and Durango storeRaises prices on me, and talks to me like I bring my equipment and leave it there. Myequipment has never been there overnight, Except the computer. I was liking this place in the beginning But now I just feel totally helpless and computerless
