Needed to get my phone checked, as it was getting hot when it was charging, went to Smart Fix on Cheyenne and Tenaya, they found out I needed a new Battery, installed in a few minutes , so far so good. They are very Professional!

I echo what was said by others. You wont feel taken advantage of here. They proved that to me by doing an quick and easy fix and charging me minimally.

This was the best experience I have ever had! I originally took my iPhone 11 to get the back glass replaced at the iPhone Dr on Rancho and they fixed the glass but destroyed my phone the buttons wouldnt work and the phone would continuously turn off and back on. They dragged me on for four weeks claiming parts were taking forever etc... I finally got fed up with no communication and being lied to obviously.... not to mention they jail broke my phone with out my permission! Which is illegal I called Smart Fix the guy literally fixed it in two hours and let me keep the refurbished part to use till my new one came in for free and then charged me only the part. Amazing guy never once let me down he went above and beyond for a hell of a deal! Thank you so so much I cant not express my gratitude enough a review isnt enough for the kindness you showed me! My phone is better than ever seriously! If you want a shop that will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and get a good fix done come to smart fix!
