On March 18th 2023, I was on vacation in Las Vegas, Nv. I went to a local shopping mall near the hotel I was staying at and while I was shopping, I stopped at a booth, Vox Electronics. I was approached by the saleswoman who showed me iPhone charging case for my iPhone and that it had a warranty on it, and installed the case on my phone, so I decided to purchase it along with a selfie stick for a total of $162.60. With that purchase she gave me a couple of “freebie itemsâ€, a charging cord and screen protector. I then went back to my hotel room and removed the phone case to charge it and it broke. Within 30 minutes I returned to Vox Electronics and asked for an even exchange(since she said it had a lifetime warranty). She rudely said that what broke on the case was not covered and they wanted to charge me an additional fee, I declined that offer and then asked them to just please give me a refund and they again wanted to charge me a “restocking fee†for the broken phone case! I gave her all the items I had purchased and the “freebies†and told her I would contact my credit card company. I called Capital One as soon as this happened to make a dispute with this purchase.

BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! Went in to the Miracle Mile location to buy a wireless charger. Salesman Benito was nice at first, then very aggressive in trying to get me to buy add'l products. They scan QR codes that go to fake sites showing very high prices for the supposed products in their boxes. They are fast and slick. He made me a "deal" on a projector, headphones, chargers, etc. I can't believe I fell for it! Charger worked for 3 hours and then died. After researching the business, went back to return everything two days later and they said NO REFUNDS/NO RETURNS. They print that on receipt but do NOT tell you that before you buy. Currently disputing through my credit card company. Thank goodness I used a card when he wanted me to use my debit card. Pics of some of their products can be found on Amazon for 5-10% of the price they start with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I was just at Miracle Mile Mall in Las Vegas and the treatment that I got from Andre was uncalled for. My husband and I spent close to $500 and even brought another person to purchase other things in which she spent $200. And because my phone case and charger is not working right, this person, Andre, wants to charge me to exchange. When I purchased in December I was told that it has a lifetime warranty. People like him should not be working with the public because he doesnt know customer service, or maybe Vox need to train their employees better. Its not only about selling, customer service its what is important because your customer will be back.
