This company sold me a used motor that didn't even work. They said they tested it but when I got it home, it barely turned over. They would not give me a refund because they told me I bought it as is. This is a warning as to the integrity of their character. If you decide to do business with them, maintain the upper hand by testing everything before making payment. Response to owner's reply: The owner's reply was made months after my original review and obviously a canned response. First, this motor was not sold at a "deep discount." It was fair market price for a used small motor. Second, ALL motors sold in his shop will be installed into something else. It's a motor shop, not a "motor surrounded by the original parts shop." Ironically though, this particular purchase was a garage door opener, and it WAS sold with the original parts. It was the exact one I had at home and was a simple swap. Unfortunately, I trusted this local small business to to sell me something that worked and believed that they would stand behind their word if it didn't. Don't trust this shady business. If you make the same mistake I made by doing business with them, test everything BEFORE you buy and use a credit card so you have an arbiter if there is a dispute.

Go somewhere else! They try to scam you. All they did was take my housing and put some other motor that's been sitting there for who knows how long onto my housing! T thought they were going to repair my pool pump motor? That's what the quote was for. He said mine was not fixable so then I said let me have my old motor back... He then tried to give me other motors several times that were not mine! After me getting VERY angry he finally gave me my old motor back. Definitely some funny business going on here
