John was very professional. My rear window stopped rolling up and I have a 3 year old daughter. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed fast. I called John in the morning and I was able to meet him at my house at 2pm. He had the repair done in less than an hour. I’ve never had to have a repair like this done but I’m so glad I called John. He made it so easy! I will definitely refer him to any that needs help with their windows. He quoted me $200 including parts and labor and that’s exactly what I paid. I'm very disappointed to have to look elsewhere for the service I need. Their phone goes straight to voicemail which is full but allows you to send an SMS notification for whatever good that does. It certainly doesn't help me one iota. Their last rating was 5 months ago. Most others ...years back. I've given them the benefit of the doubt with 2 stars rather than just 1 since they haven't actually done any work for me because I can't get in touch with them. I'd love to be able to change that rating should they return my call and give me reason to!
