        Kie fixed a seemingly insurmountable problem with my laptop . He made it look easy and I've been pulling my hair out for weeks over it. He called me from his personal phone on a Sunday and took the time to address my problem directly. Needless to say I'm beyond pleased and I'm looking forward to a business relationship with Desert IT Solutions for years to come. Id like to thank his whole team . I'm a gen-Xer living in a boomers body so the whole team had to exercise extreme patients with me which they DID ? Thanks again guys!
