This choice to use Michele from this business was one of the worst we ever made. What a nightmare. I could go on and on in detail-but I'll save you the monologue, and instead bullet-point it:*It was a nightmare-banter,  back and forth with already submitted numbers*Kept insisting on a phone call vs. email communications. Email works best for me, I can always reference back to it for clarification. *Taxes were filed late-not our fault. *Taxes were filed incorrectly-had to be amended and refiled (2019) (2020)*Income from second profession was completely omitted-still need to RE-AMMEND the amended 2020 tax returns. This caused a huge opportunity for funding to be declined as there was no proof of income on our taxes*Multiple items were incorrectly  omitted, even after reviewed emails clearly defined them*Didn't bother filing an extension when she was taking too long to prepare 2020 taxes. *I finally filed it myself the day before cutoff..*and...informed her of my frantic filing, with zero reply. *Multiple no-reply emails have been sent regarding each of these issues-all with absolutely no return contact received.. at all. Steer clear of this lady-you'll regret it if you don't! I have a huge nightmare on my hands, dumped into my lap by this lovely firm. I can't list enough bad experiences I had from choosing this firm for 2 years of tax filings. One of the top three biggest mistakes of my life. Seriously.

I believed 5 stars they had online, so I called if I can make a schedule. Lady who answered my phone call told me : " We are not taking new clients. In order to deserve our service YOU have to have A Referral ONLY from our clients or from Employees who works here." I believe this is a "DISCRIMINATION" against public. What kind of CPA you are if you don't serve PUBLIC.
