Overall customer service from Gabriel Garcia was phenomenal. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. He was able to get my device switched over from Verizon to AT&T's FirstNet quickly and answered all the questions I had. I appreciate it, thank you.

Excellent customer service from Mike and Loren. They went above and beyond for me and my husband.They explained everything so well, understood the store's products, and kept everything so casual. Loren Booker and Gendell Espero were very helpful to my family. They helped us set up six phones and solve all the issues Sams club left us. Without them we would of spent over 200 dollars unnecessarily. They never made us feel like we were taking up too much of there time.
