Came to see about an issue with my phone and the gentleman by the name of Julio took great care of me. I'm not very smart when it comes to phones, and he was very patient with me and took the time to show me how to use my phone and loaded all my info to the new one. Thank you again for the great service.

After waiting for hours on the phone with the Verizon customer service to no avail we finally called and spoke to Devon at the store who ended up being the one helping us fix our phone situation. It’s just sad that when you called the Verizon customer service they do not tell you about these go wireless stores. They told us we needed to make an appointment and the earliest we could get in was the 30th however when I called the store directly I found out that we could walk in he immediately helped us with our issue and we were out the door in less than five minutes. These go wireless stores are franchise stores and deserve to get the same amount of customers as they give their corporate stores so shame on you Verizon for not telling us about going to one of these go wireless stores that could’ve helped our issue rather than spending four hours with your customer service people who did not know what they were doing. Thank you Devon for being such a courteous and smart technicianAnd getting our problem resolved if there were more stars I would give them to you. A Verizon customer of 20 years
