Be prepared to yell and repeat your order, only for them to get it wrong all the way up to cashier I dont understand it, there was 2-3 customers before me who got their orders just fine but when I go up I have to repeat myself over 8 times that I want a shredded beef burrito bowl. And yet even as I kept repeating bowl over and over again, they still dragged a burrito tortilla from the first station all the way to the cashier . There was no music on , no loud fans , and literally raising my voice and repeating myself did nothing for all 6 people behind the counter. They just stared at me and acted like I was just said the the craziest thing theyve ever heard . Im sorry but Im not combing back here.

I'd give this place 5 stars but the little things always seem to be off. When you go somewhere for a specific sauce or item that makes them stand out over other places like this. Take the extra drive to not go to chipotle for that reason. Then the order clearly states what I asked for and I get the wrong thing this isn't the first time. Thanks for the pico de gallo and chicken instead of steak..... Store employee took my phone call and all they could say was the delivery service was at fault. The delivery service didn't make my food wrong. Been coming here for over 15 years and the last year service has been atrocious...

Let me start by saying, I actually like coming to this place to eat because of the food. But the ladies working there are the worst. They're condescending, and arrogant. I come here like once a week because I work near by and it's quick. But I have to work up the nerve to walk in there, every time, because of the ladies that work there. Seriously worst customer service I've ever had.
