I was told by Kahunaville Management (Lenny) to get a ( $50 ) NV Health Card. He took a copy of my s.s. card, identification and health card, and made me do two interviews. He told me to call but never called me back. I learned the lesson of not giving out info until I see hiring papers.
Waste of money and a waste of time. Never give out sensitive information or buy a health card until you fill out your paper work.
Typical shady management running the place. You can only guess what they were doing with the personal info they keep in files. I have an idea... I'm glad they closed.

A little bit like live cirque du soleil in there. The waiter was a little bit overwhelmed by us four because we couldn't descide what to eat right away. Sorry! Great margaritas, beer and food. All you need for an extraordinary night. Cheers!
