Applebee's Grill + Bar

Incompetent manager on staff during our attempted visit. Poor host was inundated with cleaning tables, while the servers and manager were clearly unwilling to assist him. After speaking with the manager, we left and went elsewhere. He made several excuses for the unnecessary wait versus assisting the employees.

The bartender/server was disrespectful never once asked us if we needed anything and food was cold like it was just taking out of the fridge!! Angelica should not have a job there if she is going to worry more about the gossip than the customers!! Will not spend money there again if this is how paying customers are treated!!!! Angelica is the worst server ever she couldnt even give us silverware.. we had to ask a different server just so we could try and eat our cold food!!!! Thought Applebees had higher standards apparently not!! Been going here for years and this is by far the worst disrespectful service we have ever had!!!!!
