I will keep putting bad reviews because they buy new ones to say they did good work! I will be calling and doing everything in my power for them to own up to their mistake for this is deceptive trade practice. We have before pictures and the manager blamed us for the damage they did to our SUV. Then when I wrote the first bad review said I didn't have to do a bad review in a very rude way. Instead of apologizing. First time when they said it was ready had paint streaks and smears. The second they said it was ready they chipped the bumper. They painted it and a week later paint is smeared and runny very bad work! I will never go to this place ever again ! I am contacting the owner. Plus filing many complaints due to not wanting to do their job correctly the first time. I will complain until my car is done right. Very bad work they damaged my vehicle and claimed it was us that damaged it. We had the prof of their fealty lie! Shame on their horrible work! The paint work they did after damaging my bumper is running and not smooth at all! The manager their is rude a real jerk! I am so disappointed and disgusted by the overall work they get less then a zero rating! The job is still not done correctly after one month of unprofessional work! Services: Body & Trim, Painting

People read reviews before you take your vehicle or trust you vehicle to some scam company even there former employees have such a bad review on this whole company King Service Collision on indeed and how they do not care about customer service and damaging customers vehicles. Another thing they are changing their name to Crash Champions that's how poor quality this company is.USAA recommended this shop, if I could I would give this damn company 0 stars my SUV is totally Damage this damn company is one of the biggest mistake, I took my car for a minor repair and it turn into something else, is horrible paint job coming off after a week in a half. I took the SUV to get it fix the company damage my SUV and try to get away with there mistakes, took it for a simple repair on my upper hood with minor scratch and dented area and side of it was dent, it took them a week to get it fixed, when I went to pick it up after a week the company wanted to get paid straight right away Wi-thought even showing me the results. Spoke to this damn guy name Chris from Service King on Rancho to show me the results of the repair, well as soon as this guy name Chris brought the SUV around it had scratches around the bumper side of SUV, no near the site where they were supposed to fix, horrible paint job did not bother to buff it out. They ask to keep the SUV to fix their mistake and the scratches that they made on the bumper and that they had before pictures and told me that those scratches were not there and that they would have it fix and that they wouldn't have it ready by Monday because it was a Holiday Jan. 16, 2023. My husband got a call the same night Jan. 13, 2023 told me it was done and fixed, the Manager left a message saying that the damage was fixed that we can pick up on Sat. January 14, 2023 then the idiot manager bother to leave a message saying the scratch on the suv was on the bumper that it was not there fault and that scratch was supposedly there and that was already there with different kind of paint, sort of saying like the scratches mistake was not theirs sort of like trying to cover up. Well we went back on Jan. 14, 2023 looked at it, well guess what the scratch that was there they try to cover it up with touch up paint didn't bother to fix looks like whoever made the mistake was trying to cover it up with idiot manager included, some woman that works up front name Ashley came up with one of the workers outside saying that they did not went no near the bumper and that was never touch, now the day before I show up for the results, My husband talk to some guy saying the car was fix that it was ready on January 11, 2023 we got a message saying that they had to calibrate the front camera and that it was not going to be done until Jan. 12, 2023 the day before I went to pick, now the camera is on left side of the bumper were the scratches are, the damage on the upper hood and side of my SUV was no near the front camera, so why why all the lies saying that they did not touch the bumper bunch of bull all over this place. They had one simple task to get my damn SUV fix done and get the job done right in the first place but instead is turning out to be a bad experience is horrible I want this fix right like when they got it for the first day withought the scratches. It's ridiculous!!! What is up with this collisions you take your vehicle to get fixed and comes out looking worst than what it was!!!Update: My husband talk to the main corporate office, been over a month already with this crap, told me to take my car somewhere else took my SUV over to the craig office well this dumb manager name Skyler sent the damage over to my USAA insurance now his coming up all bunch bull... sent it back to the insurance trying to get paid for some horrible damage that was done over Service King Office on Rancho. Now obviously they are not following instructions the main corporates ask them to fix there damage from the other office on Rancho, not send it to the insurance and create some scam. This whole thing have become a scam, trying to cover up, the paint is runny after a week in half, they paint over the original paint is horrible and bad quality work job. Be aware of this Company overall.
