I brought my 2012 Chevy Impala here because someone ran into my bumper a few weeks back. The other drivers insurance company was being super cheap and under estimating the cost of the repair. They also wanted me to pay for a rental out of pocket and get reimbursed later. Victoria and everyone else at Kaizen Collision Center were super helpful. They let me bring my car in a few times for photos which made the replacement of my bumper take 3 days as opposed to 5. They also discovered that the absorber had been damaged too and got the at fault drivers insurance company to cover that too. I just picked up my car today and it feels so good to be back home. Thank you Victoria and everyone else at Kaizen Collision Center.

Had to bring my SUV back after CABC repaired the damage to the trunk.  There was a horrible squeaking noise because one of the panels was loose. Patrick was amazing! Got me in right away and couldn't have been nicer.  Fixed the noise quickly and effectively!

AGAIN
MY NEIGHBOR TOOK THEIR CAR IN FOR REPAIR
ONLY 4 OUT OF THE 20 PLASTIC CLIP WAS PUT BACK AFTER THE REPAIR AND THE PAN IS JUST HANGING ON AND FLAPING
WHAT A JOB!!!

IF YOU WANT TO TREAT LIKE A CUSTOMER, DO NOT COME HERE

THIS IS THE EXACT WORD HE USE, YOU COULD TAKE YOUR BUSSINESS SOME WHERE ELSE, JUST BECAUSE I HAVE QUESTIONS
WE ALL UNDERSTAND THERE ARE BACK UP REPAIR TO WORK ON
TWO WEEKS APPOINTMENT FOR ESTIMATE AND THREE MORE FOR THE REPAIR TO START, IF NOT FOR THAT I WOULD HAD JUST DO WHAT HE ADVISOR
