Updated Auto Body

Im sure Outdated is not concerned with this review since business apparently booming! I do not recommend bringing your Tesla there, a 7-10 day minor repair has turned into nearly a month of disregarded phones calls, horrible customer service and overall poor communication. I contacted the business several times for updates and it was as if I was disruptive. Im extremely disappointed with the service and with the staff and management. Never again! Service: Body & Trim

we used updated auto for collision repair they do good work however they take too long for repairs also they didnt repair paint damages the first they stated it was ready had to Waite almost 3 more weeks to finally get it back. Their customer service isnt the greatest you have to chasing them down for status throughout the whole process I never received a call from them I had to be calling, although the insurance was paying for the repairs they held my car until they received final payment. NEGATIVE STARS!! had my full estimate sent over to them, had the initial check from the insurance company sent over to them. They said they ordered the parts, i check in with them weekly, they said parts are on the way. 3 weeks later, check in with them again, they said they forgot to order the parts. What a joke, cancelled and going with anyone else but them.
